Please read these Terms carefully as they govern our relationship with our Guests and Hosts. By using the Myhealthyhost Platform, Users are agreeing to our Terms and Policies, which may be updated from time to time at our sole discretion. Myhealthyhost has created the Terms and Policies so that all Users follow the same basic rules of conduct. These Terms and Policies are here to benefit and protect our Guests as well as Hosts.
We give you the possibility to make reservations directly at Myhealthyhost website or through our app if you are 18 years old or older. Once the reservation has been confirmed, we will send you an e-mail with the confirmation of the reservation. You agree to receive confirmation of the reservations made to your e-mail box.
Please be sure to show that confirmation e-mail to the host, otherwise you can be identified as a "non-appearance". Your Host can request you to show your valid government issued I’D. As a Guest you are also encourages to ask for Host I’d.
Personal information for Profile
To use our services, you must complete certain information in which your name, telephone number and e-mail address are found. You must ensure that all the information you provide is accurate and true.

General Fees & Payment terms
Myhealthyhost platform is free to use, including creating an account, joining and participating as Users (Guests and Hosts) as well as downloading and using our Apps.
Transactions between Guests and Hosts will be routed through Myhealthyhost platform through secured payment gateway.
There is no membership fees for any guest, there will be membership fees for the host which will be decided later. As a promotion we are offering 12 month free membership for our hosts, however all transactions will includes 15% commission for my healthy host including service transaction fees of stripe or any other payment gateway as per the policy of payment gateway provider, which will be deducted at source and balance amount minus applicable taxes will be transferred to Hosts account within 5-10 business days of successful completion of service.
Financial terms and conditions of Booking for Hosts
If you are a host and a booking is requested for your listed service via site or through mobile apps, you will be required to either confirm or reject the booking immediately or latest within 24 hours after the booking is requested else the booking request will be automatically cancelled.
When a booking is requested via the Site or apps, we will share with you
First and last name of the Guests who has requested the booking,
A message will be sent by email. If you are unable to confirm or decide to reject a booking of a service within such 24 hour period, any amounts collected by Myhealthyhost platform for the requested booking will be refunded to the applicable Guest’s credit card and any pre-authorization of such credit card will be released.
When you confirm a booking requested by Guests, Myhealthyhost will send you an email confirming such booking, depending on the selections you make via site or app.
The fees displayed in each services are comprised of the host service Fees including commission of Myhealthyhost and any other charges requested by hosts. Applicable, Taxes may be charged in addition to the host Fees. The host Fees, other charges and applicable Taxes are collectively referred to in these Terms as the "Total Fees". The amounts due and payable by a Guest solely relating to the "host service Fees". Please note that it is the host and not Myhealthyhost platform which determines the host service Fees. The other charges may include a cleaning fee, or for any other amenities at the host’s discretion. Myhealthyhost charges commission to Hosts only based upon a percentage of applicable host service Total Fees (mentioned above). Myhealthyhost will collect the Total Fees at the time of booking confirmation (i.e. when the Hosts confirms the booking within 24 hours of the booking request)
Each Hosts hereby appoints Myhealthyhost platform as the Host’s limited payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting the Host service Total Fees from Guests.
Each Hosts agrees that payment made by a Guests through Myhealthyhost platform shall be considered the same as a payment made directly to the Hosts, and the Hosts will make the service available to the Guests in the agreed-upon manner.
Each Hosts agrees that Myhealthyhost may, in accordance with the cancellation policy selected by the Hosts and reflected in the relevant listing,
Permit the Guests to cancel the booking and
Refund to the Guests that portion of the Service Fees specified in the applicable cancellation policy.
Each Hosts understands that Myhealthyhost accepts payments from Guests as the Host’s limited payment collection agent and that Myhealthyhost obligation to pay the Host is subject to and conditional upon successful receipt of the associated payments from Guests.
Myhealthyhost does not guarantee payments to Hosts for amounts that have not been successfully received by Myhealthyhost from Guests. In accepting appointment as the limited authorized agent of the Hosts, Myhealthyhost assumes no liability for any acts or omissions of the Hosts.
In case if host does not provide the required and booked service to the guest, Myhealthyhost will refund 100% amount to the guest and host will be charged service charges and cancellation fees of stripe or any other payment gateway provider accordingly as per the policy of payment gateway provider.
Financial terms and conditions of Booking for Guests
Please note that full payment will be charged at the time of reservation. You do not have to pay any other charges at the time of service provided to you. If you would like to pay tip to your host its entirely your choice.
The Hosts, not Myhealthyhost platform, are solely responsible for honouring any confirmed bookings and making available any Services reserved through the site or app.
Each listed service will specify the Total Fees. As noted above, the Host is required to either confirm or reject the booking within 24 hours of when the booking is requested or the requested booking will be automatically cancelled.
If a requested booking is cancelled (i.e. not confirmed by the applicable Host), any amounts collected by Myhealthyhost will be refunded to such Guests, depending on the selections the Guests makes via the site or app, and any pre-authorization of such Guest’s credit card will be released, if applicable.
You agree to pay Myhealthyhost for the Total Fees for any booking requested in connection with your Myhealthyhost Account if such requested bookings are confirmed by the applicable Host.
Once Myhealthyhost receives confirmation of your booking from the applicable Host, Myhealthyhost will collect the Total Fees in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Terms and the pricing terms set forth in the applicable service.
Please note that Myhealthyhost cannot control any fees that may be charged to a Guests by his or her bank related to Myhealthyhost collection of the Total Fees, and Myhealthyhost disclaims all liability in this regard.
In connection with your requested booking, you will be asked to provide customary billing information such as name, billing address and credit card information either to Myhealthyhost or its third party payment processor.
You can book at Myhealthyhost platform in advance, booking will be accepted maximum 3 months prior to your schedule date of required service.
Payment Refund liability and cancellation
In case of service not rendered to you, Myhealthyhost platform will liable for 100% refund to you.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so from the Reservation confirmation e-mail or by informing us 24 hours prior to the reservation's time.
To make changes in the date, time or number of diners, please contact us directly at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Changes will be subject to the host availability and acceptance.
If you do not show up at the time of booking it will be identified as a "no appearance". We reserve the right to retain 100% booking amount in case of no show.
It is recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes before the reservation time. We reserves the right to cancel your reservation if you have exceeded the tolerance time established by us, it will be expressed in the reservation confirmation e-mail.
We have the right to restrict or suspend access to our services if we consider that you are misusing them or that you are not complying with My Healthy Host terms and Conditions.
Links to, and from, other Web Pages
Third-party websites: We are not responsible for links to third-party websites included in our Platform. These links are only provided for the User's convenience and access to them is the sole responsibility of the Users. You must not generate any link from a web page that is not owned by you or that may otherwise suggest any association with or sponsorship of us and / or our affiliated or controlling companies that do not exist. The website from which you are linked must comply with the content standards established in the Terms and Conditions of our Platform. We have the right to withdraw redirection permission at any time.
TMobile Applications (Apps)
Myhealthyhost mobile applications (Apps) is provided free of charge. Mobile carrier rates and fees, such as text messaging and data charges may apply. If you download the App from a Third party Platform Provider (eg. App Store; Google Play) you acknowledge and agree to the following additional terms:
This Agreement is concluded solely between Myhealthyhost and you and not with Platform Provider, and Myhealthyhost not Third Party Platform Provider, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof. To the extent this Agreement provides for usage rules for the App which are less restrictive or in conflict with the Third Party Platform Provider's Terms of Service, the more restrictive or conflicting Third Party Platform Provider term will take precedence and will apply.
Third Party Platform Provider has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Myhealthyhost is solely responsible for any product issues. In the event of any failure of the App, you may notify Third Party Platform Provider, and Third Party Platform Provider will refund the purchase price for App to you and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Third Party Platform Provider will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Myhealthyhost sole responsibility.
Myhealthyhost, not Third Party Platform Provider, is responsible for addressing any claims you may have or related to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. and/or (iv) intellectual property infringement claims.
Myhealthyhost is committed to prioritizing the safety of guests and host using our platform. We do our very best to keep the Myhealthyhost Platform safe but we also rely upon our Users to help. This includes the following commitments from each member:
No bullying, intimidation, or harassment of any Guests and Hosts.
No posting of content by any user that: is hate speech, is threatening, is sexual or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
When interacting with other Users (Guests or Hosts) in-person, or through any other medium inside or outside of Myhealthyhost, no behaviour that is in any way: sexual, insulting, threatening, or violent; intimidates another member of the community or any other person; or generally any other form of behaviour that is deemed by Myhealthyhost administrator to fall below the expected standard of behaviour that you commit to by using the Myhealthyhost Platform.
No use of the Myhealthyhost Platform to do anything unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
No posting of unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam).
No collection of Users' content or information for any purpose other than responding to and facilitating a service at Myhealthyhost Platform.
No access to the Myhealthyhost Platform using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our prior permission.
No unlawful marketing at Myhealthyhost platform.
No promoting or linking to other platforms competing directly or indirectly with Myhealthyhost.
No promoting or linking to external websites or mobile applications that contain content that goes against the letter or spirit of these Terms or Policies, such as but not limited to gambling and pornographic websites or web or mobile properties distributing dangerous, illegal or copyrighted content.
Unless authorized, no public posting of personally identifiable information, such as but not limited to, phone numbers, street addresses or banking information. For your safety, you may share this information with specific users in private messages.
No uploading of viruses or other malicious code.
No solicitation of login information or accessing an account belonging to someone else.
No facilitation, encouragement or actual violations of our Terms or Policies.
You acknowledge that by using the Myhealthyhost Platform, you might be exposed to materials that you consider offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Myhealthyhost be liable in any way for such materials or content but if you see any offensive or otherwise objectionable content on the Myhealthyhost Platform please inform us.
Myhealthyhost reserves the right, but not the obligation to regulate content on the Myhealthyhost Platform. As stated previously, Myhealthyhost also has the right in its sole discretion to limit, modify, suspend or discontinue or remove any content. However, Myhealthyhost and its representatives shall not be liable for any losses, damages or harm resulting from such action or inaction.
In order to fully benefit from the Myhealthyhost Platform and related services, you need to be a registered user and provide certain personal information to us in connection with setting up your account. For information about how we collect, use and store personal information, please refer to our below mentioned policy.
The Website Service Provider hereby declares that it adheres to the principles of protection of Clients' personal data and all legal regulations.
The collections of personal data of the Customers of the Website will remain highly confidential; the data contained therein is always up to date. In the event of a change, they are subject to immediate updating, however not later than within 30 days from the change of personal data protection measures. The collections have a comprehensive description of the protection methods used by the platform.
The customer has the right to ask the Service Provider to obtain comprehensive information on how we use his personal data. The Service Provider of the Website on the terms specified in the Regulations and in this document has exclusive access to data. Access to the Customer's personal data may also be entrusted to other entities by means of which the Customer makes payments for purchases on the Website, which collect, process and store personal data in accordance with its Regulations and entities that have the task of delivering the Goods to the Customer. Access to personal data of the Customer is granted to the above entities to the extent necessary and only one that will ensure the implementation of their services so that the customer can use the service and pay for it.

We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
Myhealthyhost will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection and will cooperate with data protection authorities and law enforcement agencies authorized to do so. In the absence of data protection regulations, Myhealthyhost will act in accordance with generally accepted data protection principles, rules of social coexistence as well as established customs.
